Joshua 1:8
Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful. Joshua was commanded to meditate on God’s word day and night in order to be prosperous and successful in his endeavors. Meditating on God’s word and praying should be part of our everyday lives. It helps us to understand God and be closer to Him. In turn we receive His blessing of success and prosperity. Biblical meditation leads us to obey His voice and walk carefully in the alignment of His written word. Meditating on God brings us to His presence and blesses us with His peace and His joy. Make biblical meditation part of your everyday life and see His blessings come to fruition.
