 We are watching and waiting for move of God in our lives everyday but it is more so in the beginning of new year.
As we watch and wait, are we seeking Him constantly and praying steadfastly? Be watchful and vigilant and be on alert. God speaks in still and feeble voices (1 Kings 19:12). If our focus is on this world and its approval then we are distracted and can’t hear Him. Put away the worldly things and get down on your knees and really listen to His voice with a willing heart and be fully focused on Him alone. God’s plans are to prosper you and not to harm you, to give you hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11). We should be reminded of His promises as we wait for His move and more importantly His second coming (Matt 24:42).
