1 Peter 2:9
But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light;

If you are a believer of Christ the Lord, then you are sons and daughters of the almighty (2 Corinthians 6:18). You are a child of God. Our God is the king of kings and the Lord of Lords, that makes you a prince or princess. You are a Royalty. The blood of Jesus runs in us.

Since you belong to the royal family, you live like one. You dedicate your life to the almighty and walk in a manner that is worthy of royalty. It effects what words we use, how we dress and, how we take treat our bodies, minds and others. The important trait of royalty is faithfulness and obedience.

When we receive Him, we belong to Him and we walk in His word with dignity and honor. We live in His light and proclaim His praises who took you out of darkness.

We are His royalty, so let’s live in His light so others can see and come to Him.

1 Corinthians 12:12
For just as the body is one and has many members, and all the members of the body, though many, are one body, so it is with Christ.

Church is the body of Christ and each one of you is part of it. Each member has it’s own function. Each one of us have different callings. One calling is not same as the other but each calling (member) is important.

While we work as part of the body of Christ, according to what God called us to do, work in excellence and with passion. There is no comparison.

1 Corinthians 12:21-26
The eye cannot say to the hand, “I have no need of you,” nor again the head to the feet, “I have no need of you.” 22 On the contrary, the parts of the body that seem to be weaker are indispensable, 23 and on those parts of the body that we think less honorable we bestow the greater honor, and our unpresentable parts are treated with greater modesty, 24 which our more presentable parts do not require. But God has so composed the body, giving greater honor to the part that lacked it, 25 that there may be no division in the body, but that the members may have the same care for one another. 26 If one member suffers, all suffer together; if one member is honored, all rejoice together.

Every calling is important, whether big or small. We should not compare and cause divisions. We are all on the same team. If one suffers, we all suffer together. At the same time, we don’t own anything, everything that we do is to glorify His name and to reap harvest for His kingdom.

Let’s work in unity and glorify God with our best. Because it’s all about God.

Isaiah 6:8
Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?” And I said, “Here am I. Send me!”

Prophet Isaiah had a vision and the Lord asked this question “Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?”. And when Isaiah said “Here am I. Send me!”. That’s when he began His calling to become the great prophet of the Lord.

When Isaiah received his call, he knew he was ready because God made him ready. And he immediately jumped in and grabbed the opportunity to serve the Lord and work for His eternal kingdom with great passion.

Are you ready to be the vessel that God called you to be. It may be simple job to be a volunteer or a big ministry position. Whatever it may be, God sees our willing heart and our faithfulness where he placed us at.

Let’s serve the Lord with all our heart, mind and soul.

Romans 8:32
He who did not spare His Own Son, but delivered Him over for us all, how will He not also with Him freely give us all things?

Our God is a giver of all good things. God gave us this precious life, He created us and knitted us in our mother’s womb (Psalm 139:13).  He provides and takes care of us (Phil 4:19).

The Lord gives us grace and glory (Psalm 84:11). He gives us victory over our enemy (Psalm 44:7). He will never leave us nor forsake us (Deuteronomy 31:6). He gives us strength and peace (Psalm 29:11).

The Lord is faithful to all His promises (Hebrews 10:23) and gives us a future and hope (Jeremiah 29:11). From Him comes the increase for you and your children (Psalm 115:14).

God gave us family and friends. His love endures forever (Psalm 136:2). As we remember His blessings from above, be filled with a grateful heart.

On this Mother’s Day, remember God’s goodness of giving us a Mother! Happy Mother’s Day!!
