As humans, we are all broken and need healing at some point of our lives. Lots of times, we try to fix it ourselves by figuring it out in our own mind. But the thought process will keep going and there is no resolution. Instead of getting resolved, it agitates us and creates anxiety and misery.
As believers of Christ we need to first consult our heavenly physician for our brokenness instead of seeking human wisdom and our own understanding (Proverbs 3:5). Trust God and seek Him earnestly and He will heal you. His word declares in Psalm 30:2 O LORD my God, I cried to You for help, and You healed me. Jesus healed every disease and sickness among the people (Matt 4:23). He also healed them spiritually and emotionally by forgiving their sins (Luke 5:20). He will heal you. The name, Jehovah-Rapha means ‘I am the Lord that heals you’ (Exodus 15:26). Our Lord will heal you emotionally, physically and spiritually. Seek Him for your healing and be filled with His peace.

What is our main purpose as a believer of Christ?
It is to preach the gospel and impact lives for Christ. Mark 16:15 And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. We can effectively preach the gospel of Christ right where we are, by living our lives that reflects Christ (Romans 12:2). Start investing into people around you and tell them about Christ or share a bible and get them connected to good bible believing bible studies. And by investing into missions, allowing missionaries to do the same. Instead of buying an expensive cup of coffee, give it to missions that will have a greater impact for Christ. Jesus paid the price for our salvation (Romans 5:8). We can sacrifice few things in our lives and invest into His kingdom. Because this is the great commission for every Christian. Spend time with Him in prayer and meditation and ask God to show you how you can be used in this great purpose. While we serve the Lord in humbleness, He will give us spiritual growth and maturity and help us to be content and, bless us supernaturally in all things (Romans 8:32). John 4:24
God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in the Spirit and in truth. When we worship our Lord in Spirit and truth, we need to do it with all our heart, soul and mind (Matt 22:37). Worshiping Him is not just praising Him on a Sunday morning but it needs to come deep down from our spirit (John 4:23). We need to have that inner desire to please Him and live for Him (Phil 1:21), being grateful and by glorifying Him (Psalm 86:12). Our lives need to reflect that we are His worshipers. We worship Him not because He is blessing us but because He is King of Kings and Lord of Lords. He is the name above all names. Exalt His holy name, because of who He is (Phil 2:9-11). While you worship Him, forget everything that is around you and meditate on Him and seek His presence. We focus on Him alone and He becomes our center of attention because He is our only God (Exodus 20:3). Nothing will satisfy us more than worshiping Him radically. When we worship Him radically, our life starts to reflect Him. We are not confused or insecure. Our life is content and complete in Him. For he satisfies the longing soul, and the hungry soul he fills with good things. (Psalm 107:9). Our desire is more heavenly focused than earthly. We hunger and thirst for His word and we long to listen to Him and obey. And He answers us through our worship to Him. So, let us all worship Him in the Spirit and truth. Zephaniah 3:17
The Lord your God is in your midst, a mighty one who will save; he will rejoice over you with gladness; he will quiet you by his love; he will exult over you with loud singing. We have an awesome God. He loves you and me unconditionally. His love is pure and truthful. He is longing to spend time with you. He is chasing after you to have relationship with you. He is ever present in our midst and He wants to save us. He wants to help us in our need. When you submit to Jesus and allow Him to take over your life, He can do wonders and take away your anxiety and frustrations. The problems don’t seem to go away when you are living in this world. But with Jesus on our side we can overcome them. Leave your anxiety at the feet of Jesus and He will calm you and give you peace that surpasses all understanding (Phil 4:7). When you go to Him and give your time, He rejoices with gladness and He quiets you by His love. He will rejoice over you with singing. Because He is our Father and we are His children. We belong to Him and, He cherishes and treasures us. There is no one like Him. Amen! |
