Father's Love

Luke 15:20
So he got up and went to his father.
“But while he was still a long way off, his father saw him and was filled with compassion for him; he ran to his son, threw his arms around him and kissed him.

In Luke 15, Jesus teaches us the parable of lost son. We see here how a father shows compassion towards his son who is broken and lost. There is a special bond between father and his children that will always remain no matter how imperfect both are. This is how Jesus sees a father would be. The love of our Father in heaven is unconditional and everlasting.

So today, take time to appreciate and honor your fathers that are in your life. They worked hard all their lives to provide the best for you and sacrificed their own time to spend with you and give you joy.
