We might have had lot of hurt in the past. In Christ, we have hope that He will give you a new heart and a new spirit.
Ezekiel 36:26 says I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh. Believe in His word and receive it now and allow Him to mold you and mend your heart. Old is gone, new has come. The heart that has been hardened from hurt and become stone, will be removed by our Lord and He is giving you a heart of flesh and is putting a new spirit that refreshes you inside out. For this is the promise of His gift, of a new heart for you. Receive it now and claim it, in His name. Glorify Him and Praise Him for this renewal of your heart and spirit. Sometimes our circumstances can dictate how we feel and do things. But that can changed by choosing to be joyful in all circumstances. Some of us live with a situation or with a health problem or lost a loved one. We don’t need to give in to the temporary situations. Instead we choose to shout with Joyful songs to the Lord and Worship Him with gladness.
We know that our Lord is good and we belong to Him. We trust Him that He will take care of situations and turn things around. Believing in Him, we come to Him with grateful praise and give thanks. Grateful heart produces joyful heart and gives us a serving heart. When you are going through something, don’t give in, instead start serving the Lord and others around you. By this, we show others that we live for Him and are grateful for all His blessings and share the joy that comes from Him. In this season, lets enter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise. Be joyful and spread Jesus’ joy around you for He is good and His love endures forever and His faithfulness through all generations. Psalms 100 1 Shout for joy to the Lord, all the earth. 2 Worship the Lord with gladness; come before him with joyful songs. 3 Know that the Lord is God. It is he who made us, and we are his; we are his people, the sheep of his pasture. 4 Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name. 5 For the Lord is good and his love endures forever; his faithfulness continues through all generations. God has blessed us in numerous ways and our human tendency is to complain for every little thing. If we reflect on our life and write down the blessings, they are countless. The good things that we experience in this world is only from God and the evil is from opposite of God.
Psalm 34:8 Taste and see that the LORD is good; blessed is the one who takes refuge in him. Our life on this earth is short and as humans we will experience tribulations. Bible says, In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world (John 16:33). You may be facing a trial but don’t be discouraged, since God is working in your life and He will work everything for good for those who have been called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28). If you look at the big picture, His only Son was sacrificed on the cross for our sins so that we can experience the eternal life, which is the ultimate goodness of God. So, don’t stop praising and glorifying Him because He is good. God is good all the time! |
