2 Timothy 4:7
I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.
This verse reminds us of Paul’s life before his death, and encourages us in our everyday lives. Christian life is not easy, it’s a constant struggle against the evil. Everyone is fighting a battle.
Paul reminds us to endure the hardship as a good soldier of Jesus Christ (2 Timothy 2:3). Put on the armor of God and seek the weapons of warfare: Prayer, Praise and the Word of God.
The battle we fight is not of flesh and blood but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places. (Ephesians 6:12).
Don’t give up but continue to fight and keep the faith.
