When you don’t know what, the future holds, lean on God and have unrelenting faith in Him because He is the author and finisher of our lives and He knows our future.
2 Corinthians 5:7 For we walk by faith, not by sight. What is faith? Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen (Hebrews 11:1). We may not see what God’s plans are, but by putting our faith in Him we have the assurance of hope that He will take care of us. Do not be disheartened by the circumstances or situations but believe in Him. When people thought that the synagogue leader’s daughter was dead. Jesus told him, “Don’t be afraid; just believe” (Mark 5:36). When we believe in Him, miracles do happen. Jesus can turn things around quickly even after failure. Faith is just not believing but trusting Him with everything. Some of us may doubt like how Thomas doubted and said “Unless I see the nail marks in his hands and put my finger where the nails were, and put my hand into his side, I will not believe” (John 20:25). It’s easy to believe what we have seen. That’s when our faith comes into action. As believers, we need to walk by faith and not by sight.
